By the end of April, the occupancy rate of Jindong (Ningbo) Tower invested by Jindong Group had topped 70% after it was officially completed in January. The tower now accommodates a number of listed companies that choose to settle in.

Jindong (Ningbo) Tower is a 5A office building covering an area of 58,000 square meters managed by a self-sustaining property management company. It owns a panoramic view of both sides of waterfront and offers refined decoration, smart office functions, 10 Mitsubishi elevators and 500 parking lots. Now it has become one of the landmark buildings in the southern CBD of Ningbo.
