Technical Specifications for Planting of Wine Grapes of Diqing Plateau has specified elevation, natural conditions and social customs, ecological planting standards accordingly, especially setting specific requirements and limits on single vineyard, variety proportion, air PM2.5 and output, sugar content of gathered grave, picking way, etc. 

Single vineyard refers to the grapes for brewing some wine fully come from specific vineyard. As early as Burgund in the Middle Ages, monks divides vineyards according to different natural conditions and social customs and separate the vineyards with different features with fences, so as to assure the grape wine from different vineyards could fully display the vineyards’ natural conditions and social customs. In some sense, the wine from single vineyard has better quality than the wine of the same level, and could better display the features of natural conditions and social customs in producing areas.
