On January 23, The 1st Linshui Cup Liuan 10-Year Splendor Photography Art Contest, sponsored by the Propaganda Department of Liuan Municipal Party Committee and Liuan Municipal Literary Association, undertaken by Liuan Municipal Photographer Association, and title sponsored by Linshui Liquor Industry Co., Ltd., was kicked off in Liuan. Relevant leaders of Liuan Municipal Party Committee, Zhang Yongzhong, general manager of Linshui Liquor Industry, and more than 100 photographer representatives coming from five counties and four districts of Liuan jointly participated in this grand pageant.

Key activity of this contest was to organize photographing works with the following as main contents, namely, reflecting the ancient color and ancient rhyme of Linshui, the charming Linshui, and the thanksgiving Linshui, and demonstrating the major achievements of Liuan over the past decade since its municipal establishment.
