At 5:58 pm on September 19, the signing ceremony of the frame agreement between the founders and the executive team of DIDA AIRLINE was held at the headquarter of VATS GROUP (Beijing),participated by Mr. Wu Xiangdong, President of VATS GROUP, founder of JINDONG CAPITAL INVESTENT CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as JINDONG CAPITAL)and Chairman of the Liquor Industry Hero League, Mr. Yan Tao, President of VATS GROUP, Ms. Zhu Lin, Vice President of VATS GROUP and Vice General Manager of JINDONG CAPITAL, Mr. Luo Yonghong, Chief Financial Officer of VATS GROUP, etc., demonstrating that the preparatory group of DIDA AIRLINE was formally established.

Under the framework agreement, JINDONG CAPITAL and the founders and the executive team of DIDA AIRLINE will jointly set up a civil aviation company - "DIDA AIRLINE CO., LTD." (tentative name), which is intended to be registered in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, with the registered capital of 10 Billion. Main business for the Company shall be domestic passenger and cargo airtransport (subject to approval of the Civil Aviation Authority).

Mr. Wu Xiangdong said that he was optimistic about the prospects of China civil aviation in the future two decades. He said "It will be the trend that civil aviation being more and more secure, aircraft and fuel being cheaper and cheaper, and more and more people travel by airline". It’s estimated that 10,000 large and medium-sized aircraft shall be increased in the next 20 years in China, and Mr. Wu Xiangdong made up his mind to invest under the "Trend of Investment" theory.
