Wu Xiangdong, Chairman of Jindong Capital (VATS Group), said this adjustment was a significant decision made very cautiously in order to achieve the fifth five-year strategic plan of the Group and he wished that the wine sector can achieve glory once again and establish benchmark in the industry for the second time.

VATS Liquor Group has jurisdiction over 12 companies - Jin Liu Fu Liquor, Xiang Jiao Liquor, Jin Yuan Chun Liquor, Lin Shui Liquor, Zhe Jiu Liquor, Xiang Shan Liquor, Wu Bi Liquor, Yan Feng Liquor, Yu Shu Qian Liquor, Li Du Liquor, Tai Bai Liquor and Yi Qi Service Center.

Jindong Investment has jurisdiction over the Li Ling Ceramics Valley, Dida Airline, Hao Li Duo Duo Information Technology, Rong Ray Building, Yukun Gold Mine, Hengshi Gold Mine, Dongze Animal Husbandry, and the shareholding enterprises of Jindong Investment.
