From March 23 to 25, the annual conference of Jindong Group was held in Liling Ceramics Valley, Hunan. More than 500 representatives from the headquarters and subordinate enterprises, investment executives and financial executives gathered together to review the work of 2016 and plan the development in 2017. Chairman Wu Xiangdong delivered an address named “Another 20 Years from Reform and Innovation”at the conference.

 

2016 was the twentieth anniversary of Jindong Group. Chairman Wu Xiangdong summarized the development of the Group for the past two decades as “a decade of harvest and a decade of confusion”. He stressed that “You will be ridiculed if you have no achievements”. To “live for another 20 years”, the enterprise has to create. Being satisfied with what it has had, the enterprise will use up its fortune one day. How to create? The answer is reform and innovation. He pointed out in particular five key points for the future reform of the Group.
