Wu Shuilin, assistant president of VATS Group and general manager of Shangri-La Wine Co., Ltd, said that the winery has long been isolated from customers. To go out, Shangri-La must invite consumers to walk in. This was why they initiated this subscription campaign. “The Shangri-La brand has many stories to tell and it doesn’t need any conceptual creation. From plateau wine to full barrel subscription, from single vineyards to single wines, we only need to be a dedicated wine maker and let people enjoy our beautiful wines.”

Shangri-La strictly controls the output of vineyards of each mu (about 667m2). The vineyards produce less than 300kg of grapes per mu. Each vineyard is carefully managed in accordance with the standards of high-end winery base, and national green pollution-free food standard is observed in the entire process. The grapes are carefully selected by hand, each of which carries the essence of the vineyard from which it grows. Under the craftsmanship of Australian winemakers and the Shangri-La winemaker team, they are stored in French exclusive oak barrels for 12 months and another 6 months in professional cellar bottles before the product wines are ready for sales in full barrel.

In this private subscription, the unique regional culture of the Shangri-La Tibetan area, the special visual feast of the subscription banquet, and the exclusive elegance of the beautiful wines together build a beautiful scenery of Shangri-La as a brand.
